If you ever have a time in your day when you feel sluggish, try one of these simple techniques for lasting energy:

- Inhale peppermint. This has been known to have the same effect as smelling salts.

- Breathe deeply. Raise your arms above you head and inhale deeply. Then simply lower your arms as you exhale. This simple exercise can help increase your circulation.

- Give yourself a quick facial massage. Rub your forehead and move your hands around to the back of your scalp. Massage each ear and then rub your cheeks to boost circulation.

- Take regular drinks of water. Some studies show that if you are low on water you can experience fatigue, lethargy, or headaches. Remember to do your part in the natural to prevent health problems!
